1、访问https://edelivery.oracle.com/osdc/faces/SoftwareDelivery
2、搜索框查找“Oracle Database 11g”
3、搜索结果中点击对应的目标资源，如“DLP:Oracle Database 11g 11.2.0.1.0 ( Oracle Database Enterprise Edition, Oracle Database Standard Edition )”
4、点击右上角“view items”，确认目标资源后，点击“continue”
5、跳转至下载队列选择页面，选中要下载的资源后，点击“continue”
6、跳转至License页面，勾选“I reviewed and accept the Oracle License Agreement.”后，点击“continue”
7、跳转至资源下载页，确认资源信息后，点击“download”即下载专用“Oracel download manager”
8、在专用下载器中，即可启动oracle database的下载了。
